1. General Rules & Code of Conduct
1.1. All students must respect instructors, fellow students, and academy staff at all times.
1.2. Any form of indiscipline, misconduct, or abusive behavior (verbal or physical) will not be tolerated. If any student engages in such behavior, the academy reserves the right to immediately expel them without any refund.
1.3. Students must arrive on time for classes and maintain proper discipline in the training area.
1.4. Any student found engaging in bullying, fighting, or harassing others will face strict action, including suspension or expulsion from the academy.
1.5. The use of foul language, disrespectful gestures, or any kind of misbehavior will result in immediate action.
2. Safety & Liability Waiver
2.1. Martial arts involve physical training and contact, and while safety precautions are taken, the academy will not be held responsible for any injury, accident, or health-related issue that may occur during training or related activities.
2.2. Students (or parents/guardians in the case of minors) must acknowledge and accept the risks involved in martial arts training before participating.
2.3. The academy will provide basic first aid in case of injury, but it is not responsible for any medical expenses, hospital charges, or long-term treatment required due to injuries sustained during training.
2.4. Students must inform the instructor of any pre-existing medical conditions or injuries before participating in training.
3. Admission & Expulsion Policy
3.1. Admission to the academy is subject to approval by the instructor and can be revoked at any time if the student fails to follow the rules.
3.2. If any student engages in misconduct, indiscipline, or causes disruption, they may be expelled from the academy without a refund.
3.3. Parents/guardians must ensure that their children follow all academy rules and maintain proper behavior.
3.4. Any student found involved in illegal activities, substance abuse, or any behavior that tarnishes the academy’s reputation will face immediate expulsion.
4. Attendance & Fees
4.1. Students must attend classes regularly and inform the instructor in advance in case of absence.
4.2. Fees must be paid on time as per the academy’s payment schedule. Failure to pay fees on time may result in suspension from classes.
4.3. Fees once paid are non-refundable, even in cases of withdrawal, suspension, or expulsion.
5. Personal Belongings & Dress Code
5.1. Students must wear proper Taekwondo uniforms (dobok) and safety gear as per academy requirements.
5.2. The academy is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings of students.
5.3. Students must keep their training area clean and follow hygiene protocols.
6. Parental Responsibility (For Minors)
6.1. Parents/guardians must ensure that their child follows the academy’s rules and behaves appropriately.
6.2. The academy is not a daycare; parents must drop off and pick up their children on time.
6.3. If a child exhibits constant misbehavior, disobedience, or disrespect, the academy reserves the right to remove them from the program.
7. Legal Disclaimer & Indemnity Clause
7.1. By enrolling in DTMA, students (and their parents/guardians) agree to release the academy, instructors, staff, and management from any liability for injuries, accidents, or damages arising from training sessions.
7.2. The academy holds the right to modify these terms as necessary, and students/parents will be informed of any changes.
7.3. Any legal disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh, India.
Important Conditions
Local Admission Only:
- DTMA Academy provides in-person training only. We do not offer online classes or remote training programs.
- Students must be physically present at our academy in Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh.
- Any application from outside our service area will be rejected.
Commenting & Inquiries:
- Only local students or parents may inquire about admissions.
- Any inquiries from non-eligible locations will not be responded to.
- Unnecessary spam, irrelevant comments, or inquiries from non-local individuals may be deleted.
Use of Academy Content:
- The content (images, videos, and text) on this website is for informational purposes only.
- No part of this website may be copied or used for commercial purposes without permission.
Changes & Updates:
- DTMA reserves the right to update these terms at any time based on academy policies and requirements.
📜 DTMA (Dojo Taekwondo Martial Arts Academy) – Media & Image Use Policy
1️⃣ Permission for Image & Video Use
1.1 By enrolling in DTMA, students (or their parents/guardians for minors) grant permission to the academy to take and use photos and videos during:
- Training sessions
- Belt test ceremonies
- Competitions and tournaments
- Special events and workshops
1.2 These images/videos may be used for:
- Academy promotions (website, brochures, banners, posters)
- Social media & online platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
- Training materials (instructional videos, demo sessions, etc.)
1.3 No personal information (full name, contact details, etc.) will be shared with images/videos unless explicitly permitted.
2️⃣ Privacy & Opt-Out Option
2.1 If any student (or parent) does not want their image to be used, they must inform the academy in writing at the time of admission.
2.2 Any request to remove a photo/video from our website or social media will be respected.
3️⃣ Protection of DTMA Images & Content
3.1 All images, videos, and content on the DTMA website and social media pages are copyrighted and belong to DTMA (Dojo Taekwondo Martial Arts Academy).
3.2 Unauthorized use of our photos/videos without written permission is strictly prohibited.
3.3 If any unauthorized person or organization uses our images, DTMA has the right to take legal action or file a copyright complaint.
4️⃣ No Unauthorized Recording by Students/Visitors
4.1 Students and visitors are not allowed to take videos or photos during training sessions without academy permission.
4.2 Any misuse of recorded content (such as posting without consent or using it for negative purposes) may lead to disciplinary action or legal consequences.
📌 How This Will Be Implemented?
✔ Add a mandatory checkbox in the online admission form:
✅ “I have read and agree to the DTMA Media & Image Use Policy.”
✔ If any student/parent opts out, keep a record and avoid using their images.
✔ Add a copyright notice in the website footer:
“All images and content on this website are the property of DTMA. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.”
✔ Watermark all official images with the DTMA logo for protection.
